Ram Raider Targets Christchurch Supermarkets | Star News

A Christchurch supermarket was targeted by attackers early this morning.

A police spokesman said the stolen vehicle was driven into a Supervalue Fendalton on Ilam Rd around 5:25 am Friday.

The vehicle was found abandoned on Racecourse Road shortly after the raid.

A group of young people allegedly stole cash and sweets during the incident.

Police have not located the suspect and an investigation into the assault continues.
