Ongoing Catholic Leadership Study Support
The NZ Catholic Education Authority (NZCEO) makes significant financial contributions to support the development of Catholic teachers in leadership and instruction in religious education.
NZCEO aims to support future Catholic leaders who need to obtain Catholic leadership or special character qualifications, including Theology and Religious Education.
Limited funding is available to provide scholarships to teachers, aspiring leaders, and those in leadership positions to pursue higher education qualifications, primarily at the graduate level.
NZCEO is accepting applications for study scholarships for Catholic school teachers or public school teachers who wish to pursue leadership positions in Catholic schools.
A spokesperson for Te Kupenga said, “Over the past two years, we have seen success in two cohorts, one in Wellington and one in Auckland.”
“Effective leadership in Catholic organizations begins with formation,” says Te Kupenga.
