A former Mint CIO and Kiwi Wealth Strategist has found a new role.

Appointed by Annuitas Management Limited (AML) Anthony Halls As Chief Investment Officer, Holly Marshall As a Senior Responsible Investment Strategist.
AML is a joint venture established by the boards of the Government Super Pension Fund Authority (GSFA) and the National Provident Fund (NPF) to manage their respective plans and investment portfolios.
AML Chief Executive Tim Mitchell said: “Anthony Halls is an experienced and respected investment professional, and we are thrilled to attract such talent.” Stated.
“Holly Marshall brings a strong credential for responsible investment. I look forward to it.”
Mr. Halls previously served as Chief Investment Officer and Senior Portfolio Manager at Mint Asset Management. Before joining the Mint, Mr Halls worked for New Zealand Superfund where he worked for five years. His previous career was with BT Funds Management and National Australia Bank.
Mr. Marshall was previously the Responsible Investment Strategist at Kiwi Wealth, where he led the oversight and execution of the company’s responsible investment policy. Before he joined Kiwi Wealth, he spent several years in London and New York, including his six years at UBS.
GSFA is an independent crown organization. The fund has $5 billion in assets under management and more than 48,500 contributors, pensioners and deferred pensioners as of June 30, 2022.
NPF is the trustee of eight pension plans with total assets of $1.6 billion. As of March 31, 2023, the scheme has 13,500 active contributors and pensioners.
