THE Weeknd left fans “frightened” after debuting a new weird face from “Plastic Surgery” in Save Your Tears’ new music video.
The singer debuted the bandages at the American Music Awards a month ago.
A 30-year-old woman was unmasked in a pop video that turned her face with a prosthesis emulating a large-scale plastic surgery.
The freaky face of starboy hit maker Abel Makonen Tessfay looked like a nose carved with fillers injected into the cheeks and lips.
Despite it being all fake, fans were shocked by the changes in his face and couldn’t help feeling “fear”.
One fan wrote: “What did the weekend do to his face ???? Too many questions.”
The second person begged someone, “Please explain what happened to your face on the weekend !?”
She continued: “Terrible … I thought it was all the act of having a robbery on his face, but he seems to have gotten a bad Botox YIKES.”
One-third couldn’t understand that the weekend actually had surgery and wrote: ,Is that so? Is it just for the show? “
Another fan also visited Twitter and said, “#TheWeeknd mv shocked my life. Is that the face?”
And others couldn’t get over how “scary” his new face was.
These reactions took place after fans watched a four-minute music video on stage with a singer in front of a crowd wearing elaborately decorated Venetian masks.
In the video, a spotlight lit his face, swelling with a fake Botox injection, and seeing pain around a surgical scar pretending to mimic cosmetic surgery.
The weekend continues to dance around the room, sitting quietly around the table, while his truck is playing in the background.
He eventually interacted with the crowd, stood on the table, sprayed champagne, and drank other people’s drinks.
The singer then looks at a young woman (another who is unmasked and very much like Selena Gomez) and then leads her to the stage for a dark turn of the event.
The weekend removes the gun from behind his back and forces the scared girl to press the barrel against her forehead before the shot turns black.
As the video continues, he swings his gun around the room, holds it over his head, and pulls the trigger to watch the confetti pour.
The weekend laughed breathtakingly as the audience smiled before the credits began to roll into the creepy video.
After worrying about the crowd at AMA, Abel explained that its appearance was to raise awareness of drunk driving following his previous dark hit, Blinding Lights.
The song is based on his past relationships, but the reference to “blind lights” is a reference to street lights along a dark road.
The Dancing on Ice cast “Deeply Concerned” show will be canceled for Covid

Weekend explained that the lyrics portray a man who wants to meet his girl. He is ready to drive under the influence of alcohol.
He told Esquire: “I want to meet someone at night, but I’m drunk and driving towards him, and I’m blinded by the streetlights.
“But you’re so lonely that you can’t stop trying to meet that person.”
