Johnny Depp’s appeal to overturn the ruling from his defamation allegations against the Sun will be considered by the Court of Appeals in March.

The actor appeared in an article published in The Sun, calling him “the one who beats his wife,” during a three-week trial last July.

Judge Nicole of the High Court ruled that it was “substantially true” and attacked a 57-year-old former Amber Heard34.

Depp’s legal team has previously filed a document claiming that the ruling is “clearly unsafe,” and his application for permission to appeal against it will be heard next month.

The 57-year-old boy had to appeal directly to the Court of Appeals until December 7 to overturn his ruling.

Depp had previously been denied permission to appeal to Judge Nicole, who dismissed Star’s allegations.

Shortly after the verdict, Depp issued a statement vowing to appeal following the verdict.

“The surrealistic ruling of the British courts does not change my fight to tell the truth and confirms that I intend to appeal.

“My determination is still strong and I will prove that my claim to me is wrong. My life and career are not defined by this moment. Thank you for reading.’

The Pirates of the Caribbean appeared on Instagram at the end of 2020, revealing his hopes for “better days” in a pandemic.

“The world is mourning for better days, but I hope you can find a moment tonight to smile, and more importantly, to laugh as much as you can and make others laugh,” Depp said. It was.

“This may be difficult in such a test, but I wish everyone happiness and health.”

The star was recently asked to resign from his role as Grindelwald in the movie Fantastic Beasts and where to find them, and was replaced by Hannibal actor Mads Mikkelsen.
