Dome Valley State Route 1 closed due to more falling rocks
State Route 1 through Dome Valley was closed to traffic on Wednesday after falling rocks.

Falling rocks have closed State Route 1 through Dome Valley north of Auckland for the second time in two days.
Waka Kotahi has closed the highway between Warkworth and Wellsford.
A geotechnical evaluation is scheduled for Wednesday morning.
A detour route was available via SH16, West Coast Road and Woodcox Road.
The first falling rocks closed the highway to traffic on Tuesday morning.
SH75 resumes near Akaroa
The road between Christchurch and Akaroa has reopened with restrictions following a slip accident near Little River.
The slip occurred just after 7am on State Route 75 between Little River and Birdlings Flats.
Traffic was managed by a stop-go system with a speed limit of 30km/h.
