Fashion retailers are committed to using only 100% sustainable packaging by 2025 and will be rolled out throughout their business operations, including marketing, manufacturing and direct sales.

The report promises to adopt renewable energy initiatives by 2022 and develop strategies for recycling, reusing and upcycling unused and guaranteed materials and products.

Canada Goose released the most sustainable hoodie to date in January. Standard Expedition Parka uses 30% less carbon and 65% less water for production than previous Expedition Parka.

The brand has already achieved several initial goals, including carbon neutrality for corporate operations, since its first sustainability report in April last year.

The retailer also participated in the Bluesign Raw Material Standards as an official partner and created the Recycled Fur Standards as part of its mission to end the purchase of new furs by 2022.
