Media Advisory: This Thursday – June 1st, the police department graduates

New Zealand Police announced Unit 366 will complete its initial training course on Thursday 1 June in the presence of Whanau and friends.

The prime minister will also attend the ceremony. Chris Hipkins. Police Minister Ginny Andersen. Commissioner Andrew Coster. and Wing Patron Keliana Bucking (Ngāti Kahungunu, Ngāti Pahauwera).

Statistics, winners, and other recruit details will be shared on Graduation Day.

Media are welcome to join us for the Graduation Parade at the main arena, the Te Rauparaha Arena, at 17 Palmoana Street, Porirua.

The ceremony will begin at 10:00 am and members of the press are urged to arrive at the venue by 9:45 am.
