But after the performance, ex-bandmate Carmit posted an open letter to her, claiming she was being targeted for “hateful” messages.

And she told how some angry fans posted abuse on her ten-year-old daughter’s page.

Carmit wrote down Instagram: “Congratulations on your recent performance @nicolescherzinger.

“Please kindly communicate with the multiple Scherzy fans who bully and bully my children by tagging them and writing hateful comments about me under their posts to STOP immediately.

“It is beyond disrespectful, dangerous and unacceptable.”

The open letter, which comes six months after the Reunion of babies was axed, seems to show that tensions between the girls are still alive and well.

Announced in 2019, news of the comeback of the American pop group – with Nicole, Carmit, Jessica Sutta, Kimberly Wyatt and Ashley Roberts – surprised their millions of fans.

But plans for a tour of the United Kingdom and Australia were hit by the Covid pandemic.

And further trouble came with reports that Nicole was sued by band founder Robin Antin for “refusing to participate.”

In January, frontwoman Nicole announced that the reunion tour would not go ahead.

But her revelation sparked a backlash from Carmit and Jessica, who only learned of the cancellation via social media.

In a joint statement in January, they wrote: “We want to say how incredibly disappointed we are to learn of an announcement made on Instagram that the Pussycat Dolls reunion tour has been cancelled.

“To the fans, we love you. This is not the outcome we were hoping for.”

What a shame that some fans seem to be fomenting strife between the Dolls they once supported.

Gaga gets the ball rolling

LADY Gaga’s fans have had to wait two years for her Chromatica Ball tour, but there’s no doubt it was worth it.

The pop superstar exploded on stage at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium on Friday and the energy – and trademark scandalous costumes, commitment left – never let up.

Beginning with smash hits including Bad Romance, Just Dance and Poker Face, Gaga then delved into her newer catalog with tracks Chromatica, Alice and Replay.

Babylon was dedicated to tragic British fashion designer Alexander McQueen.

And while introducing 1000 Doves, Gaga thanked the audience for inspiring the show – her most complex yet.

She told the audience: “We made this show in the UK, did you know? It was inspired by your love, your passion, your art, your fashion.

“I want to dedicate this to anyone who is struggling . . . with anything.”

In a further tribute to her army of fans – the Little Monsters – she added: “Thanks for being a stranger like me. I’m not the only one – I’m not special.

“There are a lot of strange mothers like me.”

There are – and 60,000 of them cheered her every word.

A source said: “On their tour they want a ‘quiet room’ filled with cushions, candles and incense sticks.”

Duo Nova Wav – Brittany “Chi” Coney and Denisia “Blu June” Andrews – co-wrote half of the superstar’s new album Renaissance and they praised Bey’s down-to-earth nature.

Brittany said, “Our favorite thing was sitting with her as a person, seeing her as a person, sitting together as friends. Eating pizza, talking about how not to eat pizza.

“She’s just an ordinary person who wants greatness and she wants love for everyone.”

Denisia added: “We went to her house in 2020 and I had been working out and lost about 40 kilos.

“As soon as I walked in, she said, ‘Oh my God, Blu, you’re snatched!’

“And I started laughing and she said, ‘No, I’m serious, you look good.’ And that gave me so much confidence to make those songs.

“I’m sure she always gets compliments, but to give them to someone else just means a lot to me.”

We are beyond impressed. . .

A source said: “Geri felt it was time for a change so she has split from Outside.”

The shift in Geri’s camp comes as sources told how tensions have erupted among them the Spice Girls about her refusal to commit to future tour dates.

Emma Bunton, Mel C and Mel B have all expressed their hope for a tour next year, with Geri the only member still holding back on the project.

It is understood Victoria may join the band for some performances – but not the entire tour.

The source said: “There is a frustration among the other girls, who are keen to get ahead.”

We have our fingers crossed that this will still happen.

If she gets the gig, Yasmin would follow in the footsteps of trans model Caroline Cossey, who appeared in the 1981 James Bond film For Your Eyes Only.

We think she would kill.
