According to the American College of Gastroenterology, foods that may contain lactose include:
- Baked goods such as bread and processed breakfast cereals.
- Breakfast food, drink And instant potatoes.
- Lunch meat other than margarine and kosher.
- Seasonings such as salad dressings.
- Snack foods such as candies.
- A mix of cookies, pancakes and biscuits.
- Powdered instant meal.
