(HealthDay News)-Everyone has Back pain At some point, it’s one of the most common reasons to miss a job.
The American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons provided this advice, Back pain::
- Get regularly motionIncludes activities to strengthen the muscles of the back and abdomen.
- Lift properly, straighten your back and bend your knees, lift with your legs instead of your back, and never bend to lift heavy objects.
- Lose excess weight.
- Please do not smoke.
- Always take a good posture.
