FRANKIE Bridge revealed that she is “really terrible withdrawal” from antidepressants.
The 32-year-old went to Instagram yesterday and explained why she was suffering from withdrawal. Because she forgot to order more medicine.
Saturday’s singer said she couldn’t get her prescription until yesterday because of the Bank Holiday weekend.
Frankie Frankly sharing how her body was reacting to “5 or 6 days” without her medication, she said in her Instagram story, “I really don’t feel myself.”
She started as follows: “Just before Bank Holiday, I realized I was running out of antidepressants. Obviously, I couldn’t get anything until the end of Bank Holiday.
“And now I’m getting really terrible drawers because I don’t have them yet.
“It’s really weird, the only way I can explain it is to know the first thing when you drank a drink, and your eyes feel a little weird and your head a little Feel numb and you feel a little inside a dream?
“So I’m really sick, just like I can’t really focus on anything, I have a terrible headache, I’m tired and I’m sick. I don’t really feel myself.”
Former Strictly star said he plans to deliver his prescription yesterday and will take the pills as soon as possible.
She continued: “So they hope to be delivered today, it will be 5 or 6 days I wasn’t at them, so I’ll take them as soon as they come.
“But I do this all the time. Now that I have a monthly reminder on my smartphone, don’t forget again.”
Having forgotten to reorder the prescription, Frankie said he had just begun a seven-day break on the pill and was feeling “hormones” during his period.
She added that husband Wayne “Medal-worthy” for everything he “had to deal with in the past week”
Frankie discussed her difficult week and admitted that “I’m crying, screaming, and wanting to scream at the same time.”
After that, What About Us singer urged 1.3 million followers to keep their prescriptions up-to-date to avoid shortages.
Frankie then told fans that he had been busy for the past few weeks and forgot to reorder antidepressants and has recently moved away from social media.
The two mothers said, “I was in a bad place. I was really, really busy. I’m really grateful for the last few weeks. And I’m grateful for everything I loved and enjoyed. ..
“But I wasn’t too busy because of Corona. I think the tiredness and guilt of leaving the boys on Easter holidays and the last day of their old school really hit me …
“The house has just been torn. For me, it was a little bit at a stretch. As always, just before I realized that Bank Holiday had run out of antidepressants.”
Since leaving the charts, Frankie has become a mental health advocate and regularly shares insights into her mental health fight on Instagram to empower others.
She was named Mental Health Game Changer Winner at the Glamor’s Women’s of the Year Awards 2021.
