Everbridge enhances New Zealand’s presence with Auckland’s Center of Excellence launch

Everbridge, a key event management solution vendor, has launched a new Global Center of Excellence and Software Development Team in Auckland with a focus on multi-channel employee engagement and internal communication alerting capabilities.

The Everbridge solution has been in use for some time in New Zealand and Australia, both adopting software vendors’ public alert platforms for national population alert capabilities.

Last July, Everbridge has expanded its sales partnership with its US-based master agent Telarus to include Australia and New Zealand. The transaction is processed by Tradewinds Technology Brokerage, a local subsidiary of Telarus.

The agreement included a complete portfolio of Critical Event Management (CEM) specialists, including COVID-19 Shield and Return to Work software.

Today, with the expansion of the company in New Zealand, Everbridge has risen to more than 300 employees across the Asia Pacific region. The new Local Center of Excellence has joined similar centers in Beijing and Bangalore in the global footprint of US-based companies.
