The mom revealed why she loves traveling on long-haul flights with her toddler, despite the “ramblings” and tantrums on the plane.

Jenny Mortimer explained how and why she does it despite the stress.

One of her trips was Flight 13.5 from New Zealand to Vancouver with her 3 year old son.

She said she planned everything from snacks and new toys to a fully stocked iPad for the show.

But despite the stress of getting there, she said she quickly realized traveling with young children As “the best ever” because they help you see the magic.

She continues: “Many people fear the meltdowns and screaming car trips that come with traveling with kids this age, but the rewards far outweigh the noise.”

But for those that fear it, Jenny shared her top tips for long-distance travel with kids:

  • Pack twice as many snacks as you think you need
