Actor Tom Sizemore is critically ill with a brain aneurysm.
The 61-year-old suffered an aneurysm while at home in Los Angeles around 2 a.m. Saturday, said his manager Charles Lago.
The actor is in intensive care at the hospital, with Lago describing the situation as a “wait and see”.
Sizemore is best known for his roles as Sergeant on Tom Hanks’ side in the 1998 World War II epic Saving Private Ryan and as commander of an Army Ranger Battalion in the 2001 film Black Hawk Down. It is

Sizemore struggled with drug addiction during her acting career and was arrested multiple times for driving under the influence and drug possession.
In 2003, he was convicted of domestic violence against his girlfriend, Heidi Fleiss, and three years later did not contest using methamphetamine outside a motel.
