Major update when Grace Millane murderer fails to convict of violent crimes against two other women and is overturned
British backpacker Grace Millane’s killer failed to dismiss two other convictions in a major update.
Accused murderer and sex offender Jesse Shane Kempson alleged that women in other cases exaggerated evidence of sexual assault.
The Court of Appeals in Auckland, New Zealand, dismissed the appeal, arguing that there was no undue judgment or miscarriage of justice.
The killer had previously appealed a life sentence for the brutal murder of Grace in December 2018.

The 28-year-old has since been convicted of more violent crimes in two recent trials, including raping another woman he met on Tinder.
When Kemptson was put in a cage for Grace’s murder, Judge Simon Moore said to the cold-hearted killer, “You were a stranger, she trusted you.
“You are a big and strong man, but she was small.
“You were in complete physical dominance.”
