Kiwi’s dad ‘tragically killed’ in UK accident
Blair Campbell, 35, who owned and operated the landscaping business Blue Kiwi Gardens and Maintenance, died on October 3.
His wife, Tina Liu Campbell, announced her husband’s death on social media:
Liu Campbell said her husband, a father of two, loves his job and it’s his pride and joy.
“He absolutely loved what he did. He lived and breathed it. We are very proud of what he achieved.”
His parents, Debbie of New Plymouth and Carlyle “Buzz” Campbell, survived him.
A friend, Daniel Castille, says he met Mr Campbell when he moved to the UK at the age of 23 over 11 years ago. Campbell initially worked as a real estate agent.
“When Blair had beautiful children, I promised her that I would always be there for her, just like Tina, Bella and Arlo. [my family].
“I am devastated. The pain I feel without him. I know what I am feeling is only a microscopic fragment of what his beautiful and loving wife is going through.” .
Campbell’s sister-in-law, Lucy Liu, has started a GoFundMe page for the children’s education and future “that Blair wanted.”
“For me, he was the big brother I always wanted and the best brother-in-law I could ask for. I am so proud and honored to have had him in my life.” I am thinking.
Former British Test cricket captain Michael Vaughan (OBE) shared the loss of his family, writing on Twitter:
The Wilmslow Rugby Football Union commemorated his death with a minute’s silence during a recent game and toasted to the dedicated sportsman, the club said on social media.
The Alderley Edge Cricket Club also confirmed the death of “one of its most popular members”.
The club stated that “Blair, a proud Kiwi, was a genuinely enthusiastic cricketer with a deep love for the game and an avid socialite”.
“[He] Had a sense of humor and a lust for life. Blair, I miss you. ”
